Life Insurance Life Insurance

Provides financial support to help cover final expenses, daily financial obligations or assist with a child's education. Pays a lump-sum benefit amount if your employee dies and/or sustains a covered accidental loss.

Plan Options:
  • $15,000 benefit
  • $25,000 benefit

Employees are not required to answer health questions to qualify for coverage.

Short-Term Disability Short-Term Disability

Provides a temporary source of weekly income when an employee has an accident or illness that prevents them from working. Multiple income replacement and benefit duration options are available to meet the needs of your employees.

Plan Options:
  • $250 per week for up to 4 weeks
  • $400 per week for up to 6 weeks
  • $500 per week for up to 13 weeks
  • $750 per week for up to 13 weeks
  • $1,000 per week for up to 13 weeks

Maximum benefit cannot exceed 60% of employee base earnings. Employees are not required to answer health questions to qualify for coverage.

Critical Illness Critical Illness

Provides financial support to help cover major medical costs, such as deductibles or coinsurance or other miscellaneous expenses such as house payments, utility bills, transportation costs, or baby-sitters. Pays a lump-sum benefit amount to your employee if they suffer a covered catastrophic illness (heart attack, stroke, cancer, organ transplant, end stage renal disease).

Plan Options:
  • $5,000 benefit
  • $10,000 benefit
  • $20,000 benefit

Employees are not required to answer health questions to qualify for coverage.
